The melody is that of the triple Alleluia invitatory. The Czech "chant translators" often replaced the repetitions (in some cases even the first alleluia) with alternate text. (note by Jakub Pavlík)

Here, the Czech invitatory for Easter Sunday has the tune of the Latin triple alleluia, but the second and third alleluia are replaced by Czech lyrics exhorting to praise the Lord.
